Can I receive an estimate for my pet's treatment during the visit?

Absolutely. All you have to do is ask your veterinarian during the visit! We will provide you with an estimate so that you can see the charges for each of the veterinarian's recommendations.

Can I receive an estimate for a surgery over the phone?

Unfortunately, no. Estimates vary depending on the type of surgery, pet weight, etc. We are unable to give you an estimate over the phone if we have not seen your pet. Please bring your pet in for an exam. We will gladly give you an estimate during the visit.

Do you have euthanasia & cremation services? Can I get a clay paw print?

Yes, we do offer this service. Saying goodbye to our pets is one of the hardest moments as pet owners. As fellow pet owners, we understand the difficulties of considering euthanasia. Should you decide on euthanasia, please know that we offer this service and cremation services are available as well.

There are two types of cremation to choose from:

Communal cremation is when your pet is cremated alongside other pets, and the cremains are buried. You do not receive your pet's ashes.

Individual cremation is when your pet is cremated individually, and the ashes are returned to the clinic. We will call you when we receive your pet's ashes. You may pick up your pet's ashes at your convenience (take as much time as you need) during our office hours.

customized clay paw print of your pet's paw can be done with either communal or individual cremation. Please let us know and we will have you fill out the customization form.
